Where VR platforms are genuinely strong
High-fidelity physical practice. If training requires a worker to physically move, reach, grip, or navigate a space, a headset does something a browser can't. That's real, and no marketing on our side changes it.
Enterprise polish. The established players have mature dashboards, integrations, and support. Deploying to 50,000 people across 30 countries? That infrastructure matters.
If you have hardware budget, an IT team ready to manage devices, and a scenario that genuinely requires physical embodiment — buy VR. We'd tell you the same thing on a call.
Where they run into trouble
The custom build is the bottleneck. At $40–50K per experience and months of development, that's fine for one flagship scenario. It's prohibitive when you need LOTO, confined space, forklift, and chemical spill — at four sites, on different equipment.
Hardware is an operating cost, not a purchase. Ten headsets don't train a thousand people — they train ten at a time, forever.
Mid-market gets priced out. If you run a 200- to 2,000-person operation, you're not the customer these platforms were designed for.
Where we're different
- No hardware. Runs in the browser or on the tablet already on your floor. No IT project to start.
- Custom is the default, not the premium tier. Scenarios are generated from photographs — facility-specific content is the whole product, not the add-on.
- Speed. Under 30 days from photo to deployed.
- Personalization goes past role. Experience level and language change the scenario, not just the label on it.
- Deployment is a link. Everyone at once — including contractors, often the least-trained people on your site.
Where we're the wrong choice
We'd rather tell you now than three months into a pilot.
- If you need embodied physical practice — moving through a space, manipulating equipment by hand — a headset is better. Buy VR.
- If you need a mature enterprise deployment across tens of thousands of users today, the established platforms have infrastructure we're still building.
- If your process requires a decade of references, we're a newer company. That's legitimate, and we won't argue you out of it.
