Pricing

Priced by the module. Not by the seat.

A module is one custom safety scenario, built from a single photo of your site. It arrives as a SCORM file, drops into the LMS you already run, and needs no headsets. Ten people can take it or a thousand — the price is the same.

What you're buying

Three units. That's it.

No platform fee, no implementation fee, no seat count. You buy scenarios, and you buy variations of scenarios.

Module

One scenario, one hazard, 15–60 minutes. Branching decisions built on your equipment, your procedures, your floor.

$8,000–12,000Per module · by complexity
Site variant

A module you already own, rebuilt for another location. New photo, new SOPs, same underlying scenario logic.

English and Spanish are included with every module. Twelve more available, fully voiced and captioned.

How teams buy

Start with one. Scale when it works.

Most teams prove it on a single hazard before committing to a curriculum. That's the way we'd recommend doing it.

What isn't on this page

The line items you won't see.

Most of what makes safety training expensive isn't the training. It's everything bolted to it.

Per-seat fees

There aren't any. A module costs what it costs whether ten people take it or a thousand.

Hardware

Everything runs in a browser. VR platforms need $300–500 headsets per trainee, plus the cart to charge them.

A platform migration

We deliver SCORM. It goes into Absorb, Moodle, Cornerstone, Docebo, or whatever you already pay for.

A long-term contract

The pilot is a one-time fee with nothing attached. Programs are annual and cancellable at renewal.

Content you already own

We don't replace your courses. Yours teaches the rule; ours proves the crew can apply it on their equipment.

Setup and onboarding

Standing a module up takes an upload. There's nothing to implement, so there's nothing to bill for.

Pricing FAQ

The pricing questions we get.

Straight answers on cost, seats, and what's included — before you ever book a call.

How much does a custom safety simulation cost?
A custom module costs $8,000–$12,000 depending on scenario complexity. Additional site variants are $2,500 each, and extra languages beyond the included English and Spanish are $1,200 per language, per module. There are no per-seat fees and no platform or setup fees.
Are there per-seat or per-user fees?
No. A module costs the same whether ten people take it or a thousand. Pricing is by the module, not by the seat.
What does the pilot cost, and is it refundable?
The pilot is a one-time $12,500 fee for one custom module built from one photo, delivered in under 30 days. It is credited in full toward a program booked within 90 days, and there is no long-term contract attached.
Do I need to buy VR headsets or migrate platforms?
No. Everything runs in a browser, so there are no headsets to buy. Modules are delivered as SCORM and drop into the LMS you already run — Absorb, Moodle, Cornerstone, Docebo, or another — with no platform migration.
What is included in the price?
Each module includes the custom scenario built from your photo, English and Spanish, and SCORM delivery into your LMS. Programs also include content updates and hosting through year one. There is no separate implementation, onboarding, or platform fee.
